Day delegate rate - £60pp (early bird £50pp)
(to include: access to all daytime events, complimentary refreshments and buffet lunch)

Day and evening delegate rate - £95pp (early bird £75pp) 
(to include: as above, plus 3 course sit down dinner and evening entertainment)

Evening only rate - £40pp (early bird £30pp)
(to include: 3 course sit down dinner and evening entertainment)

Accommodation
ScareRoom - £100 per room, bed and breakfast

Standard room - £60 per room, bed and breakfast (note - some single rooms are also available at a reduced rate)

In addition, these prices include use of the health club, free parking and free wi-fi.

On completion of the attached form, you will be contacted immediately with confirmation of your booking, a summary of the options you have selected and an invoice for the full amount payable. Invoices may be paid via credit or debit card via pay-pal, or direct bank transfer. All invoices must be settled within 2 weeks of date of issue. If less than 3 weeks from the event, balances are payable immediately.

Failure to pay a balance on time will forfeit your place at the event and any limited resources shall be re-allocated immediately.

Please note - if you are unsuccessful in your application for a discounted or scare room, then you will be notified immediately and placed in strict rotation on the official waiting list. You will be kept informed of any change in this situation.
